Understanding of segmentation, targeting, and customer lifecycle basics . Strong analytical thinking and cohort awareness. Copywriting sense – understanding what’s engaging vs. what’s not. Detail-oriented with high accuracy in execution. Curiosity and eagerness to learn advanced retention practices . Customer-first mindset with a strong understanding of brand values. Primary : C – Analytical, cohort analysis, segmentation. Secondary : I – Copywriting, engagement mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute WhatsApp, Email, and SMS campaigns with accuracy and timeliness.
- Segment customer base and target cohorts for personalized communication.
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Assist in creating automation flows and lifecycle journeys.
- Collaborate with creative and copy teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging .
- Monitor and report campaign performance , highlighting trends and opportunities.
- Support cohort analysis and customer lifecycle mapping .
- Take ownership of day-to-day execution while learning advanced retention strategies.
