Job descriptionIntegrate Appian applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Appian developers. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. Ensure best practices in Appian development and deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 8+ years of experience in development, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role. Appian BPM SAIL (Self-Assembling Interface Layer) Appian plugins Appian integration (REST, SOAP APIs) Experience in Agile development environments. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Appian certification is a strong plus. Domain experience in banking or financial services is a plus.

Role Overview :
The Appian Lead Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of applications built on the Appian low-code platform. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring adherence to best practices in Appian development.
