Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition and management plans

Lead and manage the talent acquisition team

Oversee the entire recruitment process

Collaborate with department managers to understand role requirements and objectives

Implement effective sourcing, screening and interview techniques

Evaluate and improve talent acquisition and management processes

Maintain an updated knowledge of the insurance industry and job market

Ensure compliance with the company's policies and legal regulations
