Senior Manager - Learning and Development

The incumbent will be responsible for leading, developing and executing learning & development projects at a central level by leveraging contemporary best practices in the space of L&D.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and drive learning for key enterprise projects as the central Learning Partner
• Execute projects by designing & executing interventions aligned to business objectives (TNA, TNI)
• End to end ownership of projects, build operating efficiencies through analytics, budgeting, vendor management.
• Engage and interact with client constituencies across levels, HR leaders, HR business partners, and training leads at functional levels.
• Engage with vendor partners for the key projects, ensure adherence to project timelines and payment processes
• Visualize impact and adoption of interventions via regular client hours and report outs to key stakeholders
