Learn and understand the company’s products, services, and sales processes.
Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and client outreach.
Assist in preparing sales pitches, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target customers.
Follow up with leads, maintain client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Track and report daily sales activities, performance metrics, and progress toward targets.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance product and sales knowledge.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact confidently with clients and teams.
MS Excel : Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining sales trackers.
CRM Tools : Basic understanding or hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Sales Knowledge : Understanding of sales processes, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data and derive actionable insights.
Teamwork : Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
