Experience : 6–8 years in digital strategy / performance marketing
About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Strategist who can think brand-first and data-deep. Someone who understands where a brand stands in its marketing funnel and can design the right digital roadmap to move it forward. You'll be the bridge between brand objectives, media planning, and performance outcomes — crafting solutions that deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Translate brand goals into full-funnel digital strategies — from awareness to conversion.
Develop integrated media strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
Lead performance marketing planning — set campaign objectives, define KPIs, and determine cost-per-lead / cost-per-acquisition benchmarks.
Craft social media strategies that build communities, drive engagement, and reflect brand tone.
Operate confidently within Meta and Google ecosystems — Ads Manager, GA4, Search Console, Merchant Center, etc.
Design and drive e-commerce sales strategies, focusing on traffic growth, conversion optimization, and marketplace performance.
Collaborate closely with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive, insight-led campaigns.
What We're Looking For
Strategic thinker with a solid grasp of digital media, analytics, and content ecosystems.
Hands-on experience in managing paid media and performance campaigns.
Ability to read data, derive insights, and translate them into actionable marketing decisions.
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, audience segmentation, and funnel-based marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — clarity in thinking and storytelling.
Nice to Have
Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Analytics.
Experience with D2C or e-commerce brands.
