We’re looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) — someone who can learn anything, solve everything, and own outcomes like a founder.

This isn’t a fixed-scope role. It’s for someone who thrives in uncertainty, moves fast, and gets a thrill from turning chaos into clarity.

If you’ve ever felt like you can wear any hat — marketing, growth, product, data, partnerships, ops — and still deliver results, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with the founder on high-impact projects that drive growth.
• Identify opportunities to grow AllEvents traffic, app downloads, and brand presence.
• Research market trends, user behavior, and data patterns to find growth levers.
• Execute creative marketing ideas, product experiments, or partnerships end-to-end.
• Take ownership of a problem statement — figure out what matters most and make it happen.
• Collaborate across teams — product, growth, tech, SEO — to bring ideas to life fast.
• Learn, build, fail, fix, and grow — repeat till you win.
