Job Description :

Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Compensation, etc.).

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze HR process requirements.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Perform system configuration, testing, and data validation in SuccessFactors.

Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.

Manage integration of SuccessFactors with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

Ensure compliance with HR policies, data privacy, and system security standards.

Work closely with global HR, IT, and vendor teams to optimize HR processes.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with SAP support as needed.

Stay updated on latest SuccessFactors releases, features, and best practices.
