About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to assist guests for our US-based hotel operations . The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills , a polite and professional demeanor, and a passion for hospitality. Prior experience in hotel or reservations support is a strong advantage.

You’ll serve as the first point of contact for guests — handling reservations, inquiries, and service requests with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage hotel reservations , modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately.

Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, room availability, rates, and promotions.

Resolve guest issues or escalate them to the appropriate team to ensure swift resolution.

Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the system.

Coordinate with internal hotel teams (front desk, housekeeping, reservations) to ensure smooth guest experiences.

Work collaboratively with a global support team and adhere to rotational shifts aligned with US time zones .

Requirements Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.

Prior experience in hotel or hospitality customer service is a strong plus.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset .

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Comfortable working in rotational shifts (Morning / Mid / Night as per US hours).

Good to Have Experience with hotel booking systems or CRM platforms (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar).

Prior experience supporting US-based customers .

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
