We are seeking a skilled and motivated Team Lead UI Developer to lead front-end development team in creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-centric applications. The ideal candidate will bring strong foundation in modern web technologies, UI / UX best practices, and team leadership.

This role requires hands-on leader who can design, code, mentor, and drive high-quality user interfaces while collaborating with cross-functional roles.

Key responsibilities :

• Leading, mentoring, and guiding team of UI developers
• Assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of UI components and features
• Fostering collaborative, innovative environment; architecting, designing, and developing responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications
• Taking ownership of UI architecture, design patterns, and reusable components
• Translating wireframes, prototypes, and design assets into high-quality code
• Collaborating with UX / UI designers for seamless implementation of visual elements.
• Mandatory qualifications include bachelor's / masters degree in computer science, information technology or related field
• 7-10 years of professional experience in front-end / UI development; 2-3 years of experience in team lead or senior role.
