Sr. Oracle HCM Cloud Developer - OIC Integration

Experience :

8+ years total (minimum 3+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud and 2+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud)

Industry Preference :

Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly preferred

Job Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Developer with expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with hands-on experience building integrations using OIC. Experience working in the manufacturing sector will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and implement end-to-end integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and maintain SOAP / REST-based web services, file-based integrations, and OIC orchestration flows.
• Customize and enhance Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, etc.) using HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and other tools.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Collaborate with functional teams, technical architects, and business stakeholders to gather integration requirements.
• Support production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
• Document technical designs, integration architecture, and support procedures.
• Work in a global delivery model with stakeholders across different time zones.

Must-Have Skills :
