Sales Manager

Position : Sales Manager / Associate Director Sales

Supervises : Catering / Banquet Sales Team

Drive sales and revenue from banqueting and catering business in Jaipur by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for catering and banqueting events.
• Generate new business and maintain relationships with key clients in the Jaipur market.
• Prepare custom proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales for social, wedding, and corporate events.
• Conduct site visits, menu presentations, and client meetings; collaborate with culinary and operations teams to deliver seamless events.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and meet pre-determined revenue targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client preferences specific to Jaipur.
• Ensure post-event client follow-up to enhance repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Handle event logistics, maintain accurate records, and oversee compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Mentor and guide the banqueting & catering sales team.
