Description GSPANN is hiring for an Inside Sales Executive to drive outbound prospecting, schedule sales engagements, and support lead generation through strategic cold calling and CRM-based outreach. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and experience in IT services and global sales processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support lead and opportunity generation by actively reaching out to prospects.
- Engage potential clients through calls, emails, and social media to create new leads.
- Coordinate and schedule initial meetings for the sales and pre-sales teams.
- Conduct customer surveys to gather insights and improve outreach strategies.
- Identify and invite suitable participants for events and campaigns.
- Raise awareness about products or services on behalf of the sales and marketing teams.
- Execute lead generation strategies including cold calling (70-100 calls / day), outbound emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Sell Information Technology (IT) services effectively while demonstrating familiarity with technologies such as Content Management System (CMS) platforms and eCommerce solutions.
Skills and Experience
