We are seeking a National Collection Manager for Personal Loans to oversee our collection operations across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance collection performance and ensure compliance with regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to analyze data to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective collection strategies for personal loans on a national level.
Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics to drive improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and reduce delinquencies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to collections.
Train and mentor collection staff to achieve departmental goals and maintain high standards of performance.
Identify and resolve escalated customer issues related to collections promptly.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

4-9 years of experience in collections management, preferably in the personal loan sector.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.

Knowledge of Indian financial regulations and compliance requirements related to collections.

Proficiency in collection software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
