Business Development Manager
We are hiring for one of our Client who is in to Marketing & Advertising Industry and looking for a Business Development Manager with 6+ years of experience.
About the Role
As a BD Manager, you will own the mid-market client engine at Company - managing pipelines, mentoring executives, and closing deals across verticals. You’ll be a player-coach, equally adept at strategic outreach and tactical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a pipeline of ₹50L+ in annual revenue through new and existing clients.
- Lead a team of BD Executives, conduct weekly reviews, and ensure quarterly targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-size and high-growth clients.
- Co-create pitch decks, RFPs, and proposals with Strategy and Creative leads
- Actively track competitive moves and market opportunities in assigned sectors / cities.
- Report on funnel metrics, revenue forecasts, and performance to the Regional Manager
- Represent company at industry events, expos, and strategic meetings.
Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Mass Communication, or MarketingMinimum 6+ years of Agency or B2B sales experience (client-facing mandatory)Proven track record of managing revenue pipelines and deal cyclesExcellent communication, negotiation, and team mentoring skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools, media / marketing landscape, and pitch structuringWhat You’ll Get
