Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern - Business Development, located in our Gurugram office. The intern will assist the business development team by conducting market research, identifying and generating leads, and maintaining quality customer service standards. The role involves analysing data, preparing presentations, and supporting client engagement activities to help achieve business growth objectives. Strong collaboration with team members and contributing to the execution of development strategies are central to this role.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
• Proficiency in lead generation techniques and strategies to drive business opportunities
• Experience in conducting market research and assessing potential business prospects
• Customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
• Proactive attitude and a keen interest in business development and digital marketing
• Experience and comfort in cold calling and cold emailing
