Location : Rohini West, Delhi

Role : Senior Business Development Associate / Sr Admission Counsellor

Key responsibilities :

  • Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to present our products, address their doubts and questions, and drive conversions
  • Understand users' pain points and help them understand why they should choose Aimlay
  • Excellent communication skills, excellent sales & negotiation skills, excellent customer service skills,
  • minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Only (inbound / outbound)
  • Experience in converting leads into Sales and collecting the payment
  • Experience in b2b or b2c

Who are we looking for?

Someone who : -

  • has previous experience in sales
  • has excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.
  • is a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and goal-oriented individual.
  • has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    • Location – Rohini West, Delhi (Nearest metro is Rohini West, walkable distance)

    Compensation - INR 4-4.5 LPA fixed + Incentives
