Provide application support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules, including troubleshooting issues and resolving user queries.Monitor and manage support tickets related to finance functions, ensuring timely resolution according to SLAs.Work closely with end-users to identify and document business requirements and enhancements within D365 Finance.Liaise with technical teams for issue resolution that requires development or configuration changes.Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities by ensuring systems are functioning optimally.Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.Assist with testing activities, including writing test scripts, performing UAT, and validating bug fixes or new features.Provide training and guidance to users on finance functionalities and best practices within D365.Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and user manuals.Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies during support processes.Skills Required
