Job Overview :

As a Business Development Executive / Manager , you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones. You will identify business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Acquisition & Business Growth

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of recruitment and staffing solutions.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach .
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into long-term partnerships.

2. Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, Hiring Managers, CXOs).
  • Understand client hiring requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions .
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • 3. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals .
  • Negotiate and close deals for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements .
  • 4. Market Research & Strategy Development

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business growth.
  • 5. Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth execution of client mandates.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present weekly / monthly sales reports to the management.
  • Requirements :

    ✅ Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition ✅ Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills .

    ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    ✅ Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into clients.

    ✅ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).

    ✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.

    ✅ Any Graduate / Post Graduate with a passion for sales and business development.
