Network Security Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Security Manager to oversee and maintain our network security infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering key security technologies, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing the organization’s security posture through best practices and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and maintain network security technologies including Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and DDoS protection systems.

Perform daily tasks such as log reviews, policy updates, and system health checks to ensure optimal performance and security.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for security infrastructure and respond to security incidents effectively.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.

Apply industry best practices to strengthen the security posture and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Track and manage escalated incidents using the organization’s ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolution.

Conduct periodic reviews of security policies and ensure all solutions and configurations adhere to compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

4+ years of experience in network security management.

Strong knowledge of Firewall technologies, IPS, WAF, and DDoS mitigation.

Experience with security monitoring tools and SIEM platforms.
