About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation Test Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce testing, automation frameworks, and API integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test automation solutions to ensure quality delivery of Salesforce implementations, integrations, and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement test automation scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud & custom solutions).
Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing across Salesforce environments.
Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities and ensure business workflows are working as intended.
Work with different Salesforce sandboxes (Dev, QA, UAT, Full Copy) to manage and execute test cases effectively.
Debug and test integrations with upstream and downstream systems via REST / SOAP APIs.
Develop and optimize SOQL queries for data validation and test data preparation.
Test and validate Salesforce Reports and Dashboards for accuracy and performance.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to define and maintain test strategies, plans, and scripts.
Track and report defects, issues, and risks using project management / defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ALM).
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and assess their impact on automation frameworks and test plans.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong expertise in Salesforce testing methodologies (functional & automation).

Proven knowledge of Salesforce Sandboxes and their usage in QA / testing.

Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud functionalities.

Strong debugging skills and experience in API testing (Postman, SOAP UI, etc.).

Proficiency in SOQL for querying Salesforce data.

Good understanding of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards testing.

Hands-on experience with at least one test automation framework (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, UFT, Tosca, Provar, or similar Salesforce testing tools).

Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket) is a plus.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

58 years of experience in Salesforce test automation and QA roles.

Salesforce certification (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or QA-related) is an added advantage.
