Assistant Manager – Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Lead, guide, and manage the counselling team to achieve branch targets.
• Handle student counselling for overseas education across countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Europe, etc.
• Review student profiles, guide them on course and university selection, and support application processing.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.
• Monitor team performance and provide necessary training / support.
• Coordinate with management on strategies, reporting, and business development.
• Maintain updated knowledge of international education trends, visa processes, and admission requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold ethical counselling practices.
