Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Finance located in the Pune Region. The Assistant Manager Finance will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, monitoring expenditures, and supporting strategic financial decisions. Collaboration with various departments to optimize financial operations and deliver business insights will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budget management, and forecasting
• Proven experience with financial reporting, auditing processes, and compliance standards
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Proficiency in financial software and tools; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; relevant certifications like CPA or CMA preferred
• Experience in the hospitality or wellness industry will be an added asset
