Job description

We’re looking for experienced Coupa professionals to join our team as Lead Integration Specialists. This role is critical in driving procurement digital transformation within the healthcare domain. You’ll work closely with business and IT stakeholders, lead onsite / offshore teams, and design scalable Coupa solutions that directly impact procurement efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.

What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end Coupa platform implementations (Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Expenses, Sourcing, Pay).
Design and manage Coupa integrations (APIs, cXML, SFTP, middleware – MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic).
Partner with Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to align workflows with healthcare compliance and regulations.
Drive solution design, code reviews, and technical best practices across onsite / offshore teams.
Troubleshoot integration issues, optimize performance, and manage Coupa release upgrades.

What We’re Looking For

8–12 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Coupa design & development.

Strong technical skills in Coupa APIs, cXML, SQL, scripting (Python / Shell / Groovy).

Proven experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems (Oracle HCM, JD Edwards, SAP, Workday).

Experience in healthcare procurement processes and knowledge of HIPAA / PHI compliance.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage distributed technical teams.

Coupa Certification is a strong plus.
