Role Overview

As a Technology Consulting Leader , you will lead high-impact technology transformation initiatives, advise clients across industries, and drive strategic outcomes through SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions. This role requires a blend of deep SAP expertise, business leadership, and the ability to shape go-to-market (GTM) strategies, talent acquisition plans, and digital transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP SD, guiding solution design, implementation, and optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage end-to-end project delivery across the systems development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business strategy and transformation goals.
  • Drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for SAP offerings, including client targeting, solution packaging, and thought leadership.
  • Define and execute hiring strategies to build high-performing consulting teams aligned with market demand.
  • Lead transformation programs, including SAP S / 4HANA migrations and digital enablement initiatives.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to business development, proposal creation, and client presentations.

Qualifications

  • Deep expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
  • Proven experience in go-to-market (GTM) strategy development and execution.
  • Strong understanding of hiring strategy and team building in consulting environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership in technology transformation programs.
  • Experience in SAP SD solution architecture, configuration, and integration with other modules.
  • Ability to resolve complex SAP SD issues and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Good-to-Have

  • Exposure to SAP MM (Materials Management).
  • Experience with SAP technical upgrades, especially SAP HANA migration.
  • Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry-specific solutions.
  • Additional Information

  • This is a client-facing leadership role requiring strong communication, stakeholder management, and business acumen.
  • The role is based out of our Bengaluru-EGL office, with flexibility for travel as per project needs.
  • Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.
