Position Summary / Purpose
Meet company objectives for revenue through the development and implementation of effective marketing plans and sales processes. Establish contact with individuals and organizations for the purpose of making marketing / sales presentations that will lead to new customers and revenue.
Enhance the company products / projects solutions / services support in targeted markets through development and execution of effective marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Establishing and expanding Abu Dhabi office as an independent business center.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Function as an effective member of the management team, setting overall direction for the company, and representing the sales and marketing functions in all planning efforts.
Exceed company targets for sales revenue and goals for sales activity metrics.
Identify potential new markets and customers. Register company and products / Solutions / Services with end customers to be part of their approved vendor list to ensure that we get regular inquiries / tenders from them.
Develop annual and monthly sales plans and marketing plans including revenue targets, budgeted expenses, marketing, advertising and promotional programs, and resources and sales territory activity goals.
Develop sales strategies and processes for target markets.
Maintain sales and marketing capacity through effective networking and representation.
Insure up-to-date documentation of all sales activities, results, customer and partner information, and sales routes and territories.
Prepare annual Report including all Purchase Orders / Project Orders / Service Orders, and submit it for approval by management to control additional expenditures while maintaining booking margins. Each Order when booked the costing need to submitted for approval.
Strive for or maintain a leading position in Targeted territories through effective marketing, selling processes, high quality marketing materials, web site, and presentations.
Assist in establishing pricing for Products / Solutions / services.
Track and report significant changes involving the economy, markets, and competitive landscape related to the company’s product / solutions / services to take effective and winnable decisions.
Always remain proactive to add new products and solutions to keep abreast with every changing technological and products / solutions requirement of the industry.
