Unreal engine generalist / technical artist

We’re looking for a skilled Unreal Engine generalist who understands the engine both technically and artistically — someone who can take a partially complete project and help bring it across the finish line. Responsibilities Work hands-on with materials, particles, lighting, and asset setup to achieve project goals. Translate product goals into clear, actionable tasks for the dev team and help unblock team members when needed. Maintain project structure and organization — clean folder hierarchy, proper naming conventions, ID maps, and asset references. Deliver high-quality results on schedule , ensuring everything works together smoothly. Collaborate closely with design and programming to polish visuals and performance. Requirements Strong experience with Unreal Engine 5 (materials, Niagara, Blueprints, optimization, project organization). A solid sense of visual quality and technical efficiency. Ability to work independently and identify what needs to be done next. Good communication and task-tracking discipline.

Experience Working with blender.

Previous experience contributing to or finishing UE-based projects preferred. Preference will be given if you have : Experience with art pipeline tools (Substance, Blender, etc.) Understanding of performance profiling and optimization Prior experience on indie or stylized 3 D projects
