Role Brief :

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with post-qualification experience of 3+ years join Swiggy’s Finance team in Bengaluru.

What will you get to do here?

  • Lead book closure, reconciliations, and financial reporting ensuring accuracy and timelines.
  • Oversee the PL, Balance sheet and cash flow for the relevant segments.
  • Manage revenue reporting and AR functions for the relevant segments.
  • Drive statutory audits and internal audits to closure.
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with the stakeholders.
  • Responsible for implementation and ensuring adherence to the ICOFR compliance.
  • Responsible for setting up SOPs across the processes and sub-functions and ensuring timely adherence and being responsible for the finance automation charter.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for building efficiency in the business processes, accounting, and reporting functions and also lead the team in various automation opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management & Leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Tax, Treasury, Operations and Business Finance.
  • Lead and mentor the team members to deliver excellence and accountability.

What qualities are we looking for?

  • CA's with 3-6 years of experience in Controllership & Finance Operations, Audit in Big 4's, startups.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability : Open to change and effective in ambiguous or unexpected circumstances.
  • Technical proficiency : Strong knowledge and experience with MS Office, Zoho, inventory / WMS systems etc.
