About the company :

Mentoring India (MI) -   Flagship Programme of Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust – BYST.

Mentoring India ® (MI) aims to create pool of mentors at every touch point such as financial and Government / Private Institutions. Officials at all these touch points need to be empowered with mentoring skill-sets in order to guide the potential entrepreneurs and enhance their efficacy and sustainability

Till date 8000 mentors are trained and accredited from the institutions.

They intern have outreached to 12 lakhs women and youth, counselled around 1 lakh and trained nearly 40000 and supported over 27000 businesses.

Objective of the role :

The candidate should manage the Operations the candidate will play a key role in strategizing and implementing initiatives that foster entrepreneurship, strengthen Micro Entrepreneur ecosystems, and engage with government policies and programs to drive business growth .

Roles and Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

• Incubation, Mentorship & Entrepreneurship Development (AIMS, NSDC, NCVT).
• Government Liaison (DPIIT, MSME Ministry, State / Centre Industries Departments) for Partnerships.
• Stakeholder & Donor Management .

Partnership Management and resource mobilisation :

Operational Integration :

Performance Monitoring :

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Development in number of Mentors, Marketing contribution, partner acquisition targets, and co-marketing campaign success.
