Technical Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Industry cloud delivery experience is nice to have.
Implement business logic using Apex, Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Perform configuration, customization, and troubleshooting across the Salesforce platform.
Lead and mentor customer facing team members on technical approach and business presentation.
Develop and review technical designs, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and architectural standards.
Manage integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
Required Skills & Certifications
At least 8+ years on Salesforce platforms.
Excellent in client handling and working in distributed teams / stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to translate between business requirements and technical solutions.
Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Certification required.
Any architect level certifications are preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
