Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Belgaum for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will oversee client relationships, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating across creative, strategy, and production teams. Additionally, the role includes developing client strategies, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Collaborative leadership and proactive problem-solving will be essential to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, objectives, and expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and value.
- Regularly communicate with clients to discuss campaign performance, address concerns, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Supervise and mentor a team of account heads, ensuring they meet their goals and provide excellent service to clients.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development within the team.
- Ensure all campaign deliverables meet quality standards and align with client goals.
- Perform quality checks on ad creatives, content, and other materials.
- Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and other digital channels.
- Ensure that campaigns are optimised for performance and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify opportunities to up-sell or expand services to increase revenue from existing clients.
- Use data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and provide insights for improvements.
- Prepare and present regular reports to clients, highlighting key performance indicators and the impact of the digital marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
