Job Mission :

Build and nurture vibrant digital communities, drive engagement, and empower employees as brand ambassadors through creative and strategic social media storytelling.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, write, and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn and other social channels.
• Monitor social media trends and conversations to identify engagement opportunities.
• Manage online communities, respond to comments / messages, and nurture brand ambassadors through our Hootsuite platform.
• Support employee advocacy program, creating tool kits and working with our brand team to build templates for content sharing.
• Collaborate with design, communications, and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment.
• Track and report on social media performance, providing insights for optimisation.
• Contribute to editorial calendars and campaign planning.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
• Provide ad hoc assistance for internal communications activities as appropriate.
