Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide Area Sales Managers (FLMs) to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
- Monitor Rx detailing and sales operations by Sales Officers (SOs) and FLMs targeting rural healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners and rural healthcare stakeholders through regular field visits.
- Ensure brand-wise coverage and penetration in assigned regions.
- Implement and monitor trade activations and schemes effectively.
- Focus on frontline team training and continuous skill development.
- Maintain strong trade and distributor relationships , ensuring stock freshness and availability.
- Lead sales forecasting, planning, and reporting processes with accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct market surveys to identify rural trends and provide actionable insights.
- Liaise with HQ to resolve field-level queries and support operational effectiveness.
- Foster a performance-driven culture promoting accountability and growth.
