What You’ll Be Doing
As a Sales Executive , you’ll be the face of MyIndianThings for both B2B and B2C clients. Your mission is to generate leads, convert inquiries into orders, and ensure clients find the right design solution for their space.
🔑 Core Responsibilities :
- Reach out to new leads through cold calling, WhatsApp / email, and follow-up campaigns.
- Identify client needs and suggest suitable products from our portfolio.
- Conduct video or in-person meetings with clients to pitch products.
- Collaborate with our design team to show demo visuals for the client’s space.
- Visit architects, interior designers, builders, and retail clients to pitch our product catalog.
- Share quotations, collect orders, and coordinate with operations for smooth execution.
- Maintain CRM records of all leads, interactions, and pipeline updates.
🎨 Bonus – Design Understanding
While this is a sales-first role, having an eye for space design, color combinations, or materials will help you :
Understand client briefs more effectively.Recommend design-forward solutions tailored to their interiors.Communicate better with our in-house design and tech team for quicker closures.Ideal Candidate :
4-7 years of experience in sales (preferably interiors, real estate, home décor, or B2B services).Comfortable with both field work and digital communication (calls, Zoom, WhatsApp).Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.Basic understanding of spatial design or décor trends is a plus .Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with a startup mindset.Perks & Benefits :
