Job Description :
Develop and implement a comprehensive 360 marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee brand positioning market segmentation and competitor analysis.
Collaborate closely with the sales product and senior leadership teams to ensure marketing goals support overall business objectives.
Lead mentor and grow an in-house marketing team and external agency partners.
Digital & Performance Marketing
Drive lead generation via paid media (Google Ads Meta YouTube SEO Display Remarketing).
Manage digital performance metrics including CPL CPA and ROAS.
Optimize website landing pages and lead funnels for maximum conversion.
Stay ahead of digital trends and platforms relevant to real estate buyers.
Offline & Traditional Marketing
Plan and execute ATL and BTL campaigns : print ads outdoor media (hoardings transit ads) events brochures and exhibitions.
Coordinate with creative media and print vendors for timely delivery of marketing materials.
Content & Communication
Oversee content creation (copy visuals video) for brand campaigns social media email and PR.
Develop strong storytelling around projects and the company brand.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
CRM Automation & Analytics
Oversee marketing automation tools CRM integration (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
Monitor and report KPIs : leads conversions brand reach engagement.
Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaigns.
Project Launch & Brand Campaigns
Strategize and execute high-impact project launch campaigns.
Liaise with sales and project teams for alignment on timelines USPs and target demographics.
