Job descriptionmonday.Com Implementation & Customization Design, develop, and implement custom workflows, automations, and board structures in monday.Com . Create custom monday.Com apps / widgets using React.Js and GraphQL. Optimize dashboard views, board configurations, and reporting for enhanced usability. # Integration & API Development Develop custom integrations between monday.Com and third-party platforms (Jira, Asana, Slack, Salesforce, etc.) using Node.Js and GraphQL APIs. Utilize monday.Com API & webhooks to extend platform capabilities. Build middleware solutions for seamless data synchronization between applications. # Backend & Frontend Development Design and implement scalable API architectures for workflow automation. Develop React-based UI components to enhance monday.Com functionality. Work with GraphQL and RESTful APIs for data integration and retrieval. CI / CD & Deployment

Experience : 10+ years

Must Have Skills :
- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in monday.Com development & consulting.
- 5+ years of experience in Node.Js, React.Js, API development, GraphQL.
- Strong understanding of monday.Com API, integrations, automations, and board structures.
- Experience integrating Jira, Asana, Slack, Salesforce, or other tools with monday.Com .
- Hands-on experience in CI / CD pipelines, GitHub, and deployment automation.
- Strong understanding of GraphQL, REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Experience in building custom monday.Com apps and widgets.
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing monday.Com setups.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
