Job description

We are seeking a results-driven, dedicated Sales Growth Specialist with strong communication skills and a passion for sales to drive revenue, acquire new customers, and expand market reach in a remote night shift role. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can build meaningful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Proactively develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Identify, engage, and qualify potential leads through both outbound and inbound channels, including phone, SMS, email, and digital outreach.

Deliver engaging and compelling service presentations to potential and existing clients tailored to their business needs.

Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to maximize retention and value.

Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather customer feedback to inform and optimize sales approaches.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to synchronize sales and marketing campaigns and leverage marketing collateral for lead generation.

Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and high-quality customer experiences throughout.

Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets, KPIs, and team objectives.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management to support continuous improvement.

Requirements :

Proven experience of 3 years in sales, business development, or growth roles, preferably with a service-based company.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).

Demonstrated ability to work independently, remotely, and effectively manage time across multiple priorities.

Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and lead generation software; proficiency with data analysis is a plus.

Experience with outbound sales, cold calling, and digital / inbound lead generation are highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and a growth mindset.
