Main responsibility of the position :

• Oversee planning procurement order handling inventory coordination and warehouse management to ensure smooth material and information flow through the factory.
• Secure the teams daily operational performance while continuously improving processes implementing Lean principles and increasing efficiency across the supply chain.
• Lead coach and develop a team of five professionals to reach high performance competence growth and engagement.
• Manage both short-term operational priorities (daily deliveries on-time performance) and long-term strategic initiatives (S&OP Lean implementation MRP system migration).
