Job Summary :
We are seeking an efficient and proactive Office Secretary to support the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling clerical tasks, managing communication, and providing timely support to the internal team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and scheduling.
Draft, review, and proofread letters, reports, and other correspondence.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, courier).
Maintain and update office records, contact lists, and databases.
Coordinate and support team meetings, follow-up actions, and report submissions.
Monitor office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors.
Provide support in organizing company events, interviews, and meetings.
Assist team leaders with basic HR coordination and recruitment documentation.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications :
Minimum : Higher Secondary / Diploma / Any Graduate (preferred in Business Administration or related fields)
Basic understanding of office procedures and protocols
Skills Required :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and team coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Good typing speed and document formatting skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Good organizational and time-management skills
