We’re hiring a foundational team to build our AI / ML Platform - a composable, governed, multi-tenant layer enabling enterprise-wide GenAI, RAG pipelines, and ML lifecycle management. Overview :

As Lead AI Engineer, you’ll own the architecture and engineering direction of GenAI and agentic capabilities within the MIDAS platform. You'll build core primitives—prompt routing, vector retrieval, and agent orchestration—that support copilots, intelligent assistants, and semantic interfaces across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect modular GenAI infrastructure : prompt routers, RAG pipelines, agent runtimes
• Integrate and scale vector search platforms (e.g., Qdrant, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Design secure execution environments and tool registries for LLM-powered agents
• Lead evaluations of LLM APIs and open-weight models for cost-performance alignment
• Define observability patterns for prompts, retrieval quality, and agent workflows
• Collaborate across Platform, Security, and Data teams to ensure scalable governance
