- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, and accounts
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and performance targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals
- Adapt to rotational shifts including night duties

- Good command over spoken and written English
- Graduate or undergraduate eligible
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
