Role Overview

We are seeking a confident, articulate, and driven Senior Business Development Manager —with a pleasing personality and a background in professional services or in business where the interaction was with CXO’s. The ideal candidate is someone who loves traveling, has interacted with CXOs

and senior decision-makers, and thrives in client-facing environments. This role is perfect for someone passionate about cybersecurity and enterprise technology sales.

Key Responsibilities

 Represent Company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

 Identify and develop new business opportunities in the cybersecurity domain.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision-makers.

 Present solutions effectively through meetings, demos, and proposals.

 Collaborate with presales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions.

 Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM tools.

 Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Experience

 4–12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT or professional services.

 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 A pleasing and confident personality with a consultative sales approach.

 Experience engaging with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

 Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and events.

 Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

 Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is a plus (training will be provided).

 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
