Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sports Marketing & Business Development professional working with Sports franchises, have managed players / athletes, activations, tournaments etc. to drive marketing initiatives, manage sports events, and engage with athletes and franchises. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tournaments, franchise management, athlete engagement, and sports-related brand promotions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and manage sports tournaments, leagues, and franchise events.
- Develop strategic relationships with athletes, coaches, academies, and corporate partners.
- Manage athlete endorsements, sponsorship activations, and engagement campaigns.
- Lead B2B and B2C sales initiatives for sports programs, merchandise, or services.
- Oversee event logistics, budgeting, marketing collateral creation, and promotion strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for seamless event execution.
- Analyze event and campaign performance metrics to optimize engagement and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations for tournaments and sponsorships.
