Hiring Freshers – Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job descriptionFreshers / 0–1 year experience in sales, business, or marketing Strong communication (Tamil mandatory, English basic) Confident in face-to-face meetings, travel & presentations Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to learn business skills Fresher with high energy & learning mindset (Training will be given) No Fixed Monthly Salary ❌ Approximate Yearly Income : ₹1.5 Lakhs – ₹3 Lakhs (based on performance) Profit Share : 10–20% of revenue generated ✅ Company Covers : Travel ???? + Food ???? + Stay ???? Unlimited earning potential – higher performance = higher income Agreement-based role (minimum 6 months) Clear revenue share % mentioned in the agreement. What You'll Do
- Travel anywhere in Tamil Nadu & Kerala to meet clients
- Identify client pain points and prepare reports for solutions
- Pitch Digital Singam's consulting + marketing services to businesses
- Follow-up & coordinate with internal teams for execution
- Work directly with the Founder & Consulting Head to close deals
