Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Advanced Apex Development : Design and implement scalable back-end logic using Apex Triggers (and Trigger Frameworks), Queueable Jobs, and Batch Apex.
• ServiceMax Execution : Leverage 2+ years of dedicated ServiceMax experience to manage field service workflows, installed base tracking, and service contracts.
• Build modern, responsive interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Cloud Management : Support and enhance Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (covering both Partner and Customer Communities).
• Integration Engineering : Develop and manage complex integrations via REST / SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft), and ETL tools.
• You will be expected to perform hands-on debugging of MuleSoft integration issues.
• DevOps & Deployment : Manage source code using Git (GitHub / Bitbucket) and execute deployments using SFDX, Copado, Gearset, or AutoRabit.
• Quality & Governance : Adhere to strict Salesforce Governor Limits and the Order of Execution. Ensure code quality through static code analysis (PMD / Checkmarx) and rigorous peer code reviews.
• Agile Collaboration : Actively participate in the Agile lifecycle, providing technical insights and platform knowledge to stakeholders and architects.
