About the Role : As a

Performance Marketing Specialist

, you’ll be responsible for

planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns

across multiple platforms — including

Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and emerging platforms like TikTok and LinkedIn

You’ll use data to make decisions, create growth opportunities for our clients, and play a key role in shaping campaign strategies that drive conversions, leads, and revenue.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan and execute

end-to-end performance campaigns

across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Build and manage campaigns for multiple clients, ensuring alignment with their goals and budgets.

Collaborate with internal creative and content teams to develop ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that convert.

Optimisation & Analysis

Track daily and weekly performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.).

Identify optimisation opportunities and implement actionable improvements in real-time.

Conduct A / B and multivariate testing across audiences, creatives, and placements.

Ensure proper pixel and conversion tracking setup, troubleshoot discrepancies, and refine attribution.

Reporting & Insights

Create and present performance reports that clearly communicate results, insights, and recommendations.

Translate complex data into actionable strategies for clients and internal teams.

Provide regular performance reviews and contribute to campaign planning meetings.

Growth & Innovation

Stay up-to-date with

digital advertising trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

Explore and test new ad formats, targeting options, and emerging platforms.

Bring fresh ideas to the table to continuously improve campaign efficiency and creativity.

What You’ll Bring :

4+ years of experience in

performance or digital marketing

, preferably in an agency setting.

Proven success managing

Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns

(e-commerce or lead gen).

Strong understanding of

funnel strategy, audience segmentation, and conversion optimisation

Hands-on experience with

Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and data reporting tools.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with an eye for creative storytelling through data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A proactive, curious mindset — always looking for ways to improve performance and processes.
