Role Overview :
We are looking for dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role is focused on supporting our expansion in the Middle East region. You will engage remotely with prospective students and parents, understand their learning needs, and guide them toward the most suitable educational solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation & Outreach : Reach out to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Consultative Selling : Understand the needs of students and parents to recommend personalized learning solutions.
- Sales Target Achievement : Work towards and exceed monthly revenue and conversion goals.
- Customer Engagement : Build trust and long-term relationships with customers; encourage referrals.
- Objection Handling & Closures : Confidently address concerns and close sales in a virtual environment.
Who Can Apply :
Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.Experienced candidates (1+ year) from EdTech, education, or telesales backgrounds are preferred.Key Requirements :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer focus and a consultative sales approach.Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.Basic understanding of CRM tools and virtual sales processes (training will be provided).A bachelor's degree in any discipline.Must-Haves :
