Product Trainee (Demo & Training)

Role & Responsibilities :

• Conduct product demonstrations of Interactive Flat Panels (IFPs) and other audiovisual (AV) solutions for clients (pre-sales).
• Provide hands-on training and post-sales support to clients, ensuring proper usage of IFP and other AV products.
• Explain product features, applications, and benefits tailored to client needs.
• Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and support business growth.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new AV technologies and solutions.
• Collect client feedback and share insights with product and sales teams for improvement.
