Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean environment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and equipment maintenance.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
