Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Online Tutor. The Online Tutor will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging virtual lessons tailored to students' needs, tracking and assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to improve performance.

The role also involves creating lesson plans, creating engaging content and practice questions and exercises for each learning style, engaging with students interactively, and troubleshooting any basic technical issues related to online teaching platforms.

Qualifications

Experience in teaching or tutoring with strong instructional and presentation skills

Expertise in subject matter relevant to the role (e.g., Math, Science, English, or technical skills)

Proficiency in using digital tools, online platforms, and virtual teaching technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple students and sessions effectively

Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles

A Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields is preferred

Previous experience in remote teaching is a plus
